What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an administrative or financial operations role where I can use my data management, records accuracy, Excel, and Salesforce skills to improve office efficiency and maintain reliable project records.

At First Hawaiian Bank, I managed data, documentation, and records for 500+ client portfolios exceeding $100 million while supporting efficient daily branch operations.

I've performed account updates, audits, file management, and Salesforce CRM workflow support with a focus on data integrity, regulatory compliance, and dependable service. Previously at John Hancock Financial Network, I maintained financial reporting records, reviewed policy documents, and created administrative guidelines for new staff and interns.

I'm recognized for reliable operational support, attention to detail, and organized administrative workflows, including the 2024 Spirit of Excellence Award and an Outstanding Customer Service Award.
