I’m a remote-ready Service Consultant known for taking ownership of my work and delivering empathetic, solution-driven support. I provide accurate, prompt help and guidance across government and private sector environments.
In my current role at the South African Revenue Service, I support taxpayers with tax registrations, returns, payments, and compliance for individuals and businesses. I also maintain up to date records of taxpayer interactions, while upholding integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Previously, as a Reception Administrator at Mediclinic, I managed switchboard operations and high-volume appointment bookings to improve patient flow and reduce waiting time.
