What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine secure enterprise IT operations, identity and cyber controls, and data-driven MIS with process improvement and vendor governance—supporting SLAs and high-quality delivery in a consulting or organizational enablement environment.

I’m a versatile IT Executive with experience bridging corporate IT infrastructure, data-driven systems management, and strategic organizational operations. I focus on managing complex technology ecosystems, driving process optimization, and coordinating vendor relations to deliver value in high-stakes environments.

In my most recent role, I directed regional end-user operations and ensured continuous compliance with enterprise SLAs. I manage enterprise identity and access control using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and MFA, and I administer group policies (GPO) to keep access secure and orderly.

I’ve also led multi-layer cyber security implementations using Zscaler, FortiClient, Forescout Secure Connector, Trellix, and Symantec Endpoint management, along with large-scale deployments through ManageEngine, Freshservice, and Omnissa MDM. Earlier roles expanded my foundation across WAN/LAN operations (MPLS VRF, OSPF, VPN), IT support with backup and disaster recovery readiness, and MIS/data modeling plus IT training.
