What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own customer-centric digital products, especially in fintech, payments, APIs, or SaaS, where I can shape roadmaps, collaborate across teams, and use customer and product data to improve outcomes.

At iServeU, I owned the end-to-end lifecycle for UPI and Payout API products, shaping roadmaps, priorities, delivery, and enhancements for an API-first fintech platform.

I translate customer research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. I track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and transaction success rates to guide continuous improvement.

I've partnered with engineering, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to remove blockers, support client onboarding and integrations, and resolve post-launch issues. I build customer-centric mobile and web products through agile delivery.
