At Varite Inc., I support day-to-day HR operations across Operations, HR, and Payroll teams. I handle HR inquiries involving policies, benefits, and compliance, while supporting escalations through root cause analysis, remediation planning, and resolution.

I manage centralized timekeeping data, help resolve attendance discrepancies, and work toward Time to Resolve, First Contact Resolution, Service Level Agreement, and EMEA CTK objectives. I also support large-scale projects during Peak and Prime periods and help ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.

Previously at Corsent, I assisted with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, training coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. I bring an MBA in Human Resources and a practical, collaborative approach to supporting employees and HR teams.
