What I'm looking for

I'm targeting HR Assistant, HR Executive, HR Operations, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition roles where I can manage recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and employee support.

At Compass Logistics International Pvt Ltd, I managed end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across multiple departments.

I screened 500+ resumes, sourced candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals, coordinated interviews, and onboarded hires while building talent pipelines and candidate databases. I partnered with hiring managers to define requirements, refine job descriptions, and close roles within timelines.

I also supported employees from onboarding through offboarding, maintained HR documentation, and ensured policy and statutory compliance.

I used GreytHR and Adrenaline to maintain employee records, support audits and reporting, track attendance and leave, coordinate payroll, and contribute to appraisals, engagement, training, and internal communications. My performance was recognized with a Star of the Quarter award.
