What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in customer support, operations, logistics, procurement, or business support where I can apply my international experience, customer service background, and cross-border operations knowledge.

I'm currently managing import/export operations at Infinite Prime Trade Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, coordinating suppliers, logistics providers, sourcing, procurement, customer support, and daily operations.

I've built and operated businesses in both China and the Philippines, including Infinite PH-CH Outsourcing, an online retail business sourcing gadgets from China. I managed supplier relationships, procurement, shipping, logistics, after-sales support, marketing, and fulfillment.

Earlier, I handled outbound customer service and sales calls for US and European accounts at ONE GLOBAL CONTACT CENTER. I supported customer inquiries, built relationships, maintained CRM documentation, and achieved performance and sales targets.

Across 18+ years of international work, I've worked with clients and partners throughout Asia, Europe, and North America, including hospitality experience in China, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and the Philippines.
