What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead logistics and inventory operations, optimize ERP-driven workflows, and collaborate with vendors and teams to deliver accurate, timely service and continuous improvement.

I’m a Shipping & Receiving Manager who coordinates incoming and outgoing inventory while leading a team of operators to keep work timely and accurate. I plan logistics for drivers, arrange carriers, maintain ongoing vendor/client communication, and update ERP to ensure day-to-day data integrity. When discrepancies show up, I investigate oversights and make recommendations to improve the process.

Before logistics, I served as a General Manager with full store-level management and profit & loss responsibility. I directed collections for past-due accounts, handled client grievances professionally, and offered counsel while safeguarding company assets. I also recruited, hired, and trained people to ensure efficient, consistent operations.

My analytical foundation comes from an honours Bachelor of Commerce and earlier work as a Staff Accountant and Quality Assurance Specialist. I’ve prepared financial statements and tax documentation, built operational rigor through auditing and reconciliation work, and created test plans, scripts, and cases for software development projects. I bring that same organized, analytical mindset to challenging problems—working autonomously or with a group to deliver solutions in service of others.
