I’m a self-driven motivated professional within the logistics and transport environment, seeking to secure a specialist position to utilize and expand my skills and knowledge. I’m flexible, adaptive and confident, and I work well in a team and under pressure with strong time management and task prioritization.
In the corporate environment, I provide technical experience and expertise to support and facilitate company requirements—so the company functions efficiently and securely. At AJW Plant Hire (2008–2018), I handled sales, managed drivers, and supported mechanical engineering needs, while also driving strategic and operational goals through vehicle inspections, site inspections, supplier negotiations, sourcing materials, logistical routes, cost saving, improving quality, budgets, and creating general process flow for efficient business function.
One of my career highlights was expanding a Logistics, Transport company from 2 trucks to 35 trucks within 3 years. Since 2018 at Pandpoint, I’ve personally run operations as a “peoples person,” starting a printing and binding company from scratch through research, securing a first major client (Top Reads), and fixing and servicing machines—demonstrating determination, responsibility, and innovation, even when COVID forced the business to close.
