I’m a highly organized logistics and transport professional who enjoys finding creative solutions to operational challenges. I value accountability, professionalism, and transparency as core moral standards that shape how I perform and develop.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Logistics Specialist, assigning trips based on driver availability, location, and efficiency while monitoring daily routes to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs. I communicate with drivers in real time to resolve delays, handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments, and keep internal systems updated with inbounds and outbounds progress.

Previously, I served as a Transport Manager, overseeing fleet management (maintenance and repair scheduling, routine inspections, and safety compliance) and supervising drivers to support route selection and address performance issues. I also coordinated dispatching to ensure timely pick-ups and delivery, working closely with procurement, workshops, and clients to deliver on commitments.

Earlier, as a Warehouse Manager, I built daily and weekly work plans around priority orders, enforced warehouse rules and work conduct, and maintained accurate stock-on-hand updates in Google Sheets. I supported order receiving, processing, and dispatching, resolved retailer and online customer queries procedurally (escalating when needed), and used Asana and Slack to keep managers and directors fully informed.
