I built inbound/outbound AI Voice Sales & Reception Agents via Make.com and VAPI that answer, autonomously calls, qualifies, and books new leads within 60 seconds of submissions. With stateful conversation memory and persistent lead context, my white-labeled system runs 24/7, includes real-time KPI tracking and admin controls, and uses scheduling logic for retries, follow-ups, and appointment reminders.

I also design multi-tenant AI architectures using LangGraph, RAG, and Pinecone, including an omnichannel lead intake platform (Web Widget, WhatsApp, and SMS). I implement context-aware RAG pipelines, a Python/FastAPI lead-extraction engine, secure data persistence with Supabase Row-Level Security, edge delivery via Cloudflare, and containerized AI backends for scalable microservice deployments.
