At Youstort Limited, I built and deployed a real estate platform for internal teams to manage property data and customer interactions. I developed full-stack features and integrated AI workflows to automate lead processing and inquiries.
I built the AI Lead Intelligence System to capture leads from WhatsApp, Telegram, web forms, and email, score them with Groq/Llama-3.3, and notify the sales team through Telegram. It includes a real-time dashboard for tracking and reviewing leads.
I designed and deployed the GIS KIA Digital Attendance System for Ghana Immigration Service officers at Accra International Airport. It replaced paper registers with digital attendance, role-based access, and automated reports.
My other projects include a Dubai real estate AI agent for multilingual inquiries and lead triage, and a travel intelligence platform with an AI-powered guide and trip planner. I work with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and tools including Next.js, n8n, Supabase, and Vercel.
