Led an 8-engineer team delivering product features for a SaaS learning platform serving 200k+ learners and course creators. Owned architecture and improved delivery speed, code quality, and production reliability through CI/CD, code reviews, release planning, and engineering standards.

Built backend and frontend systems for a SaaS learning platform used by creators, students, and administrators. Developed AI-assisted content and moderation tools and delivered features across creator tools, student communities, course management, affiliate workflows, automation, and payments with third-party integrations.

Supported high-throughput financial APIs used by trading clients by troubleshooting production issues affecting transactions, integrations, and customer workflows. Investigated API, database, and WebSocket behavior in real-money environments and automated internal support and investigation workflows.

Led support operations and process improvements for a business-critical platform, managing escalations, service quality, and team coordination. Built SQL-based automation workflows and acted as a bridge between customers, support teams, and engineering to clarify requirements and resolve recurring issues.
