What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote customer service and order management opportunities, and comfortable working with international teams and digital communication tools.

At Techno Brain, I responded to customer inquiries, investigated concerns, and coordinated issue resolution. I also kept customer records and support tickets up to date.

I managed multiple requests, followed up on unresolved cases, and shared progress updates. When issues needed additional help, I escalated them to the appropriate teams.
