At the Florida Department of Children and Families, I evaluate reports of child and vulnerable adult abuse, neglect, and exploitation against Florida statutes, agency policy, and screening criteria.

I synthesize caller reports, online submissions, case histories, and enterprise database information to support investigative decisions and create official documentation. I coordinate with Child Protective Investigations, Adult Protective Services, law enforcement, medical providers, schools, and community partners while managing confidential, deadline-driven work.

I also bring operational leadership from managing two Goodwill Bookstores locations, where I supervised staffing, scheduling, inventory, reporting, and employee training. I’m known for careful analysis, clear writing, sound judgment, and helping new staff improve documentation quality and statutory interpretation.
