What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to continue developing as a clinical mental health counseling professional, supporting diverse populations through trauma-informed, ethical, evidence-based care, crisis support, assessment, and collaborative treatment planning.

At VOAC LLC, I conduct more than 10 client intakes weekly, complete psychosocial assessments and eligibility screenings, and support crisis triage and coordinated care plans.

I build therapeutic rapport through active listening and trauma-informed communication while maintaining full compliance with clinical documentation standards. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client engagement and care outcomes.

Previously, at Florida Autism Center, I implemented individualized ABA therapy plans for children with autism, tracked behavioral data, and supported communication and emotional regulation alongside BCBAs and clinical teams. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with training in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and trauma-informed care.
