At Goodwill Industries, I managed customer service, POS sales, inventory rotation, store opening and closing, cash reports, deposits, facility security, and merchandise processing. At Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, I trained new servers, led shifts, managed opening and closing, and helped guests feel at home.
I've also managed hotel reservations and guest concerns at Hotel Plus Portal, including helping hotels improve their websites for prospective guests.
Most recently, I created a safe, engaging Kids Club environment at Crunch Fitness through activities, parent communication, daily sanitization, and morning and evening opening and closing duties.
