I’m a travel sales and customer support professional currently working as an Independent Travel Sales Agent (Remote), helping clients from ticket search to booking and after-trip follow-ups. I focus on matching travel options to customer preferences and keeping the experience smooth end-to-end.

Before travel, I built strong operational experience in hospitality as a Bakery Manager and Restaurant Supervisor/Customer Care Personnel. I organize and oversee outdoor catering services, manage cake baking and decorating, and ensure consistent, high-quality service by supervising teams and coordinating with waiters.

In restaurant roles, I supported daily operations by resolving customer complaints, ordering acceptable foodstuffs and consumables on time, and preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales and consumables reports. I also contributed to marketing through customer care, merchandising, and organizing sales promos.

I bring a service-first mindset supported by Food and Beverage Service Training and ongoing personal development in interpersonal relationships and emotional intelligence. I’m drawn to roles where I can combine sales, customer experience, and hands-on leadership to drive reliable results.
