Senior Business Analyst with 13 years' experience in large-scale business transformation and ERP implementation programmes. I specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders, third-party suppliers and technical teams to translate business needs.
My recent work spans product master data and ERP implementation at a national tyre and garage retailer, agile finance system delivery at Baringa Management Consultancy, and a full ERP migration and enterprise systems rollout at Harding Retail. Across these programmes I've mapped and delivered hundreds of business processes, led cross-functional teams of up to 15 people, and acted as the key liaison between business, technical and data migration functions.
I bring strong workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation and process design skills (As-Is/To-Be mapping, BPMN), alongside Agile delivery and Product Owner experience. I hold BCS professional certificates in Business Architecture, Agile Business Analysis and Foundations of Business Analysis, plus an MSc in Management from Swansea University.
