Founded and independently operated a computer hardware and services business, managing all aspects of daily operations including finance, procurement, inventory control, and customer relations. Designed and built custom PC systems for residential and commercial clients.

Directed end-to-end infrastructure overhaul projects encompassing audio/visual systems, server environments, security platforms, and end-user computing. Recruited, supervised, and coordinated small project teams to execute technology deployments on schedule and within defined scope.

Supervised and directed a crew of three personnel across multiple concurrent renovation and property improvement projects. Executed structural and finish demolition, installation, and finish work including framing, drywall, flooring, and painting.

Assembled and wired industrial PLC control cabinets in accordance with engineering schematics and customer work orders. Performed functional testing and quality verification of completed control panels prior to shipment and on-site installation.

Operated heavy industrial cutting machinery to fabricate cores to precise dimensional specifications per production work orders. Performed quality-control weighing and labeling of finished goods and entered production orders into the inventory management system.

Transported food to students and organized storeroom inventory. Supervised a team of three volunteers to ensure successful project completion.

Assisted with setup and teardown of event attractions. Provided security for VIP guests and secured the venue perimeter.
