I'm currently resolving complex claim denials at Meduit RCM, investigating root causes, correcting billing issues, and working with insurance carriers and legal partners to recover payment on patient accounts.

Previously, at Active Physical Therapy, I ran quarterly coding and documentation audits to identify compliance issues before they became claim denials. I also researched changing payer policies, coordinated day-to-day billing operations, and helped resolve and settle patient accounts.

Across more than eight years in medical billing, I've managed insurance verification, claims submission, denial resolution, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle workflows. I handle protected health information carefully under HIPAA and can independently manage a steady claims queue.

I've trained new hires on core billing workflows and job-essential skills, using systems including Epic, Meditech, Athena, and Waystar.
