What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute my customer service strengths as a Remote Customer Service Agent.

At Shuaibu Master Steel Construction Limited, I serve as a point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, answering enquiries, clarifying requirements, and providing updates throughout project delivery.

I coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and management to address concerns and follow up on outstanding issues. I also prepare weekly reports on project progress, workforce activities, material usage, and open matters.
