I'm looking to lead PMO, portfolio, strategy execution, or business transformation work where I can turn corporate priorities into governed, measurable delivery across complex cross-functional teams.

I've led PMO governance and business transformation portfolios across LATAM, including a ~$2M portfolio of ~50 reengineering projects at Rubinstein Consulting and a ~$7.1M software implementation portfolio at Nasdaq. I bring end-to-end ownership of governance, delivery, risk, budgets, and client relationships.

At Grupo Éxito, I led the Group PMO and a team of five Project Managers, achieving 91% compliance in work-plan execution and business-case delivery while generating more than $4 million in revenue. I also translated the Group's strategy into an OKR framework that sustained 96% compliance across strategic projects for two consecutive years.
