At Cargill, I led a regional portfolio of more than 250 annual projects for Animal Nutrition across Central America, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, managing over USD $250 million in annual CAPEX. I generated more than USD $15 million in annual savings, enabled over USD $10 million in annual revenue, doubled production capacity, and helped triple EBITDA.
