What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support sales and commercial operations through order management, client communication, invoicing, logistics coordination, and efficient administrative workflows.

I'm currently supporting commercial operations at Cabopol, managing order processing and shipment coordination for national and international clients.

I connect sales, logistics, and customers to help ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and clear client communication. Previously at Plásticos Futura, I handled order management, invoicing, prospecting, client management, logistics coordination, and participated in international trade fairs.

My experience also includes order processing and sales support at Vendalinda, along with customer service, rental agreement management, and administrative support at Guerin.

I'm completing a Management degree and hold a degree in Sales and Business Negotiation. I work with PhC ERP and Microsoft Office 365 and communicate professionally in Portuguese and English.
