What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ABA role where I can lead data-driven clinical oversight, utilization review, and ethical treatment planning, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams—telehealth is a plus—and advancing culturally responsive, evidence-based care.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist with extensive experience providing clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, caregiver training, and behavioral consultation for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. I review clinical documentation, evaluate treatment effectiveness, analyze behavioral data, and ensure services align with evidence-based practices and medical necessity criteria.

I bring strong clinical judgment, analytical thinking, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to improving outcomes through functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and ongoing progress evaluations. I also develop quality assurance processes (documentation review, treatment fidelity monitoring, and staff competency assessments) and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
