What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design research-driven B2B or B2C products, simplify complex user journeys, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scalable experiences.

I've designed B2B and B2C digital products for PetScreening, McFadyen Digital, Henry Schein, and AutoImpact, taking work from discovery through delivery. At PetScreening, my onboarding improvements contributed to a 98% submission rate and informed an AI-powered concept to reduce friction through image recognition.

At McFadyen Digital, I owned end-to-end design for enterprise e-commerce and marketplace platforms, including Fortune 500 client projects. I turned complex multi-user, multi-account, and multi-funding workflows into intuitive journeys, using research, analytics, UX audits, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration to guide decisions.

My work spans product discovery, user research, interaction design, design systems, accessibility, responsive design, and front-end development. I enjoy translating business requirements and real user needs into practical, scalable digital experiences.
