What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design digital products end to end in collaborative product teams, combining discovery, user research, usability testing, design systems, and AI-assisted delivery.

I've designed digital products for Brandfeed, Autoconf, Ourfreela, and SOU.JUNIOR LABS across startup, B2B, SaaS, ERP, and financial education contexts.

At Autoconf, I redesigned onboarding to reduce support requests by 73%, with 68% of users completing mandatory activation without internal intervention. I also designed adaptable financial workflows that reached 68% organic adoption and a 9.5/10 CSAT.

I take products from discovery to delivery using Double Diamond, Lean UX, interviews, shadowing, usability testing, Jobs to be Done, and structured handoffs. At Brandfeed and Ourfreela, I mapped user profiles, prioritized MVP features, and designed responsive flows for mobile, tablet, and web.

I build accessible, scalable design systems with WCAG 2.2, design tokens, component libraries, and Design QA. I use AI throughout my process, from discovery and rapid prototyping to usability testing and delivery.
