I’m a Senior Product Designer with 6+ years building user-centered digital products across digital health, fintech, and global e-commerce. I lead continuous discovery, translate qualitative and quantitative research into measurable product decisions, and focus on moving faster from insight to shipped experience.

In redesigning Mais Saúde within Raia and Drogasil apps at RD Saúde (Vitat), I led end-to-end work to reduce activation friction and improve key engagement outcomes. I diagnosed activation issues through mixed-methods research, redesigned onboarding with progressive personalization, and evolved the design system for cross-squad consistency while mentoring junior designers.

As the sole Product Designer for L’Oréal Brazil’s five largest e-commerce sites at dentsu international, I owned full-cycle discovery and delivered prioritized recommendations to global leadership. I also drive AI-augmented workflows—spanning research synthesis to functional, code-level prototyping—combining UX strategy, design engineering, and AI-assisted design to accelerate delivery.
