At OneQrew GmbH, I manage operational HR for five entities with 350 employees and build core HR processes for the entire group (19 entities, approx. 1,700 employees in the DACH region and the Philippines). I moved payroll preparation for three entities from Excel to Personio, reducing effort by about 85%, and introduced automated contract templates with DocuSign.
At Done!Berlin GmbH, I advised six clients on People Operations and HR matters and led two end-to-end Personio implementations. I also developed a standardized HR Operations Audit for new client intake.
At Sezzle Germany GmbH, I built People Operations from scratch as the sole HR owner while the company grew from five to 70 employees. I introduced processes in BambooHR and Leapsome, established payroll across Germany, the Netherlands and Lithuania, and managed the compliant wind-down of EU operations.
Earlier, I grew from Office Management into HR at Locafox and Mimi Hearing, taking over the full employee lifecycle.
