I’ve built my career around service excellence in logistics operations—owning the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflow, from order handling and allocation control to transport availability and pricing. At DOW Benelux, I acted as the main focal point for CRM and Quality Notices (QNs), while managing account portfolios for the South Europe department focused on French and Spanish markets.
Previously at SEUR Geopost, I specialized in international exceptions, managing incident resolution and missing or misrouted shipments for intra-community (EU) logistics. I also ensure service reliability by monitoring operational KPIs, coordinating with logistics teams for delivery schedules, and handling regulatory compliance documentation.
