At TransCor America, I implemented the UKG Pro Learning Management System, moving 95% of annual training from paper-based processes to online learning. I also converted approximately 90% of paper files to electronic PDF signatures.
I create training videos with Synthesia and upload, organize, and verify SCORM learning files from multiple vendors. I monitor compliance across 20 facilities and prepare certification and training reports for leadership and operations directors.
At School Association for Special Education in DuPage County, I designed a relational database to streamline departmental data entry. My reporting changes reduced monthly reporting time by four days, and improved tracking and follow-up raised therapist compliance updates from 75% to 98%.
At Crye-Leike Realtors, I launched the Internet Customer Care division and developed an online process for responding to customer leads. I also created and maintained a reporting system tracking monthly sales and real estate closings.
