What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support technical systems, improve workflows, create clear training and documentation, and help clients or users navigate complex processes.

I've supported veterans through VA disability claims at Veteran Advocacy Group, researching regulations, reviewing medical and service records, and helping clients strengthen their documentation.

At First Student, I developed Storyline 360 training modules and simulations for the LMS. I also built SharePoint pages and partnered with product teams on technical documentation for vehicle tracking software.

As an LMS Administrator at LBA Group, I maintained a WordPress-based learning system, managed user roles and content, improved functionality through plug-ins and customizations, and documented workflows for continuity.
