I’m an agile minded Product Owner with hands-on Scrum Product Ownership experience delivering change for NFU MUTUAL’s insurance claims function. In my current role, I focus on forming the link between IT and operational departments, so stakeholders get clearer outcomes and better product direction.
What I bring is practical stakeholder management and operational performance improvement. I support insurance claims teams by delivering effective and efficient claims management change, running daily scrums and monthly ceremonies to improve the product road map.
I also help teams maximize effectiveness of insurance system changes by strengthening understanding of strategic objectives, improving visibility of operational metrics (including demand, capacity and benefit delivery), and using that insight to drive process improvement initiatives in high-growth environments.
Before product ownership, I built a strong foundation across claims and delivery: claims validation and fraud detection, supplier governance and due diligence, and business readiness for change initiatives. From managing training, communication and adoption for the BACS electronic payment project to rejecting fraudulent claims and coordinating with salvage providers, I’ve consistently aimed for measurable results and zero tolerance for fraud.
