At Nairobi Baptist Church – Westlands, I provide executive leadership across organisational development, governance, communications, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement. I designed the 3i8 Leadership Development Programme, equipping 300+ leaders, and founded the Adopt a Child Campaign, supporting 400+ vulnerable children every month.

I've built partnerships with 20+ schools, churches, NGOs and community stakeholders, mobilised resources for a KES 3 million office renovation, and led engagement strategies for a 500+ member community. I translate strategy into practical programmes, learning communities and systems that help people and organisations grow, contribute and thrive.
