I'm leading programme operations at the Pan African Policy Institute, where I've helped mobilize approximately $10M, strengthened grants and programme-delivery systems, and led humanitarian-development nexus teams.
Previously, I directed regional programmes for Save the Children East and Southern Africa, shaping strategy, donor engagement, programme quality, safeguarding, audit compliance, and operations across a regional organization of more than 5,500 people and partners. Across successive regional operations roles, I supported country offices and portfolios reaching approximately $200M, led operating-model and structural reviews, and built capacity through coaching, mentoring, and talent-development pathways.
I've also led high-pressure emergency responses, including Save the Children's Cyclone Kenneth response in Mozambique and a $25M drought-response consortium involving Save the Children, CARE, Oxfam, and Concern. I bring nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning, risk management, humanitarian response, partnership management, and inclusive programme delivery.
