What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can design strong M&E and learning systems, support governance and compliance, and use data to improve programs—collaborating with partners on stakeholder feedback, training, and continuous improvement.

I’ve led design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems for program activities. I develop M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools, then analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce monthly and quarterly reports with actionable recommendations for program improvement.

I also bring governance and people leadership through provided governance advisory and compliance with organizational constitution. I resolve internal conflicts to strengthen team cohesion and operational effectiveness, and I support leadership on governance and strategic direction through mentoring and advisory roles.

I’m energized by work that strengthens beneficiary feedback mechanisms and builds partner capacity through training on data collection and reporting. My focus is on continuous learning—identifying issues early, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and turning field evidence into better decisions and sustainable outcomes.
