I'm currently HR Director at Jaysur Cognitive Management Ltd, where I develop recruitment strategies, HR policies, performance systems, compensation structures, training programs, and employee-engagement initiatives for clients.
Previously, I led HR at Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss-Belhotel International and Acacia Premier Hotel, advising leadership on labour-law compliance, workforce planning, performance appraisals, benefits, disciplinary processes, and organizational change.
At Q-Sourcing Servetec, I managed HR operations for outsourced staff supporting organizations including KBL, Henkel Kenya, Isuzu Motors, Tata Africa Holdings, ATC, BAT, Rubis Kenya, and Danfoss International.
