At TECA (Technology-Enabled Computer Assistant), I designed and implemented an AI-powered enterprise IT support platform. I developed RAG AI chat, multi-tenant role-based access, ticketing, and diagnostics features.
I worked with React, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL, and AI integration on the platform. I verified 17 functional requirements and maintained zero TypeScript errors.
As a Computer Training Instructor at TECA Digital Skills Academy, I teach computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web development. I also develop lesson materials and provide one-on-one support.
My projects include Propspace, a property listing application, and Global Kitchen API, a digital cookbook API. I also worked on a school lost-and-found system and a smart-contract security lab.
