At WHO in Geneva, I assess vector control products and devices for prequalification, provide scientific guidance to manufacturers, and work with WHO’s NTD Department and Global Malaria Programme on policy recommendations. I also prepare and disseminate assessment decision documents and support post-market monitoring.
Earlier at WHO Nigeria, I coordinated planning, monitoring, and reporting for the country-level COVID-19 response and tracked the humanitarian crisis in Northeast Nigeria to inform WHO’s response. During the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone, I supported field epidemiology and disease surveillance, producing trend analyses and hotspot maps to guide response efforts.
