Built a theory of change and logical framework for the Harare-based company's development objectives, designed the indicator set, monitoring and evaluation framework, and internal reporting workflows. Benchmarked company practice against ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks and converted technical proof-of-concept documentation into a pitch deck and investor memorandum.

Advised the executive team as a multi-board advisor on strategy, governance and partnership development, using a theory of change and logical framework to align programmes with outcomes. Researched the evidentiary and procedural requirements for UN ECOSOC consultative status.

Covered the Second Committee, ECOSOC, and the third preparatory session for the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development, reporting on negotiations. Drafted reports for UNEP headquarters, authored policy papers on OECD fossil fuel subsidies and historical industrial development, and drafted speeches and talking points for the Director.

Delivered English and cross-cultural communication training for six years under contract to Morocco's Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and the Family, reaching approximately 40 government officials. Designed individualized curricula and coached senior officials in persuasive communication and critical discourse analysis.

Completed a one-year master's program in Global Energy Transition and Governance, covering international energy governance, energy markets, and clean energy transitions in the EU.

Earned the CELTA certification from Cambridge Assessment English.

Earned a Master's degree in Cultural Studies and Linguistics, with training in critical discourse analysis and media text analysis.

Completed a Bachelor's degree in English Studies.
