I’m looking to grow with a team where I can apply my logistics operations and administrative process knowledge. I want to implement efficient processes that save the company money and time, while delivering strong customer service through teamwork and continuous improvement.

I’m a Customer Service Specialist working in reefer logistics operations, where my main objective has been applying what I’ve learned from past jobs and studies to better understand corporate operations and administrative processes. I focus on optimal execution of tasks and projects, while driving continuous improvement through teamwork and effort.

In my most recent role at Bison Transport, I lead customer onboarding with kick off calls, account configuration, CRM integration, and live training sessions. I also maintain accurate customer account data with manual forms processing and digital information updates, guide plan creation and CRM structure best practices, and act as a compensation process expert for the team.
