I’m looking for a technical support role focused on troubleshooting and customer-first service. I want to support Level 1/2 issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and keep improving my skills and capabilities.

I’m an Electronic Engineer with strong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, micro soldering, and technical support. I diagnose and repair electronic systems, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver both on-site and remote solutions.
