I’m a PMI-certified analytical Operations Analyst with hands-on experience applying AI tools to real business challenges. As Co-Founder & Operations Analyst at Kafium Col, I identified and mapped operational inefficiencies, proposed and implemented process improvements, and used AI (Claude, ChatGPT) daily to research, analyze, document, and automate workflows before executing them manually.
