I am structuring its viability and financial plan through an analytical Excel model for 5-year projections, incorporating sensitivity analysis (What-If) and setting a target IRR of 19.8% using bootstrap strategies. Additionally, I coordinate the creative and operational direction, building the technical portfolio, visual identity, and operational plan with a focus on sustainability and circular economy principles.

Previously, I managed administrative and operational support at Lokoctel, handling daily cash flow management and opening/closing procedures with 100% accuracy, while designing workflow improvements to standardize processes during high-demand peaks.
