I founded Panacea Studio and built it from zero to sustained profitability without outside capital. I rebuilt pricing around the U.S. dollar to keep margins stable through currency instability, and negotiated partnerships that opened release access in Colombia, Mexico, and the U.S.
At Panacea, I owned P&L, pricing, and client development while leading a four-person team. I directed more than 100 recording, mixing, and production projects, and partnered with artists on sonic identity and release strategy.
In my independent practice, I work with more than 50 clients across the Americas and have delivered roughly 110 tracks since 2022. I also advise studios, labels, and creative companies on pricing, operating models, and AI workflow adoption.
My research focuses on music provenance, contributor identity, and rights infrastructure. I’ve published three working papers on SSRN, and I’m a voting member of The Recording Academy and The Latin Recording Academy.
