I've built and scaled music ventures across publishing, distribution, labels, and technology—from launching CREATEBASE’s artist-centric publishing MVP to growing enterprise offerings and strategic partnerships.

At EARTHPROGRAM, I led music-industry infrastructure across publishing, distribution, and label services, managing an independent entity through its acquisition by BMG. I also led a publishing joint venture strategy with EMPIRE and developed a global artist and label distribution model with Virgin Music Group and Universal Music Group.

As Managing Director of ONE RPM North America, I founded the regional operation, hired 20+ employees, and launched six offices across the U.S. and Jamaica. At Symphonic Distribution, I established Brazil operations and closed 500+ deals across artists, labels, YouTube channels, and creative partnerships.

Earlier, I led A&R and creative development at Republic Records, Imagem Music US, Hollywood Records/Disney Music Group, and Columbia Records/Sony Music Entertainment, discovering and developing artists, growing catalogs, and directing multi-million-dollar music businesses.
