At Mad Studios, I own creative intake, prioritization, and trafficking for eight brands, moving 30–50 assets a day through Asana across design, copy, video, and web. I route approvals for Verizon’s regulated content, including legal disclaimers and third-party sign-offs.
I used Claude to map the traffic-management process into an onboarding manual, and built a hybrid AI workflow for a client’s nonprofit dog-adoption sponsorship, from client-shot photos through finished web assets. I also trained the client’s team to run that workflow independently.
At Amazon Studios, I developed Prime Video originals across stand-up specials, docuseries, and reality formats, including LOL and Temptation Island. I evaluated pitches and story packages, partnered with production teams through greenlight, and prepared recommendations for leadership.
At Orangetheory Fitness, I produced an at-home workout series after studios closed, delivering 288 unique workouts and more than 300 videos that year. The program drew 3.5M unique visitors, recorded 23.7M workouts completed, and generated 83M media impressions; I also created repeatable workflows and an SOP for coaches recording on their phones.
