I’m a Business Analyst with over five years of experience, mostly with U.S.-based companies in retail, health insurance and marketing, including four years fully remote. My work has always sat between business needs and data: understanding what a team needs, turning it into clear requirements, coordinating the work and delivering solutions that help people make better decisions.

At Workers Benefit Fund, a U.S. health insurance organization, I led a company-wide KPI centralization project. I consolidated all 55 company KPIs into a single granular BigQuery table, calculated each metric in SQL with AI assistance from Cursor, and added daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals. I then built one Looker Studio dashboard with interactive filters so each manager can track their own KPIs against target. I also built a Google Sheets workflow automation with Apps Script that brought responses from 7 Jotforms into a single tab and moved records between stages automatically once business rules were met, iterating on it with the project managers who used it every day.

At FEMSA, I led the end-to-end optimization of an operational process. I mapped the workflow, identified bottlenecks with data and tested improvements iteratively, which increased team productivity by 40%. I also owned monthly supplier invoicing and procurement, monitoring inventory to time purchases and avoid shortages. I documented the full process and created its first user manual.

At Engineering for Change, I restructured the team’s Airtable task dashboard to give leadership real-time visibility into deliverables and deadlines, and analyzed digital campaign performance to guide marketing decisions.

I hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, along with certifications in Agile Project Management and Business Analysis (Microsoft). I’m currently preparing for the CAPM® from PMI to formalize the project coordination experience I’ve built on the job.

I’m looking for remote Business Analyst or Project Coordinator roles where I can work closely with stakeholders, bring structure to processes and help teams deliver. I work in U.S. Eastern Time, speak English at a C2 level (TOEFL 110) and Spanish natively, and I’m comfortable with SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, Power BI, Looker Studio, Apps Script, Jira, Asana and Notion.
