Previously, at Home Instead, I held full P&L responsibility for $21M in annual revenue across seven franchises, seven general managers, and 800+ field staff. I grew revenue 21% through stronger performance management and a leadership-development roadmap, while building promotion-from-within programs and guiding operations through restructuring.
